- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We bought a brand-new bailey approach 745 on 24th September 2016 for £50,403, With extras! From Alan Kerr Sales man was excellent, after five months, whilst cleaning the motorhome I found the skylight above the fixed bed had cracks and crazing. I went to my local Bailey dealer to submit a claim Bailey and Dometic both denied the claim I was advised to go back to Alan Kerr Ltd as thats where we purchased it from, Alan Kerr submitted another warranty claim and was told by Bailey it was not down to them, you will have to go through dometic, its there product. Dometic also refused the warranty claim again, I was absolutely gutted! I then obtained a independent inspection by a reputable Leisure Vehicle Repair Centre, who informed me, with technical words, when the skylight was manufactured it was done incorrectly which weakened the skylight. I have sent all information and report back to Alan Kerr Ltd. And yes its been passed back to dometic six months now,very poor!! I will never buy a Bailey again To sum it all up, sales team excellent, after sales need a lot of improvement!!! Im still waiting think very carefully before handing over your hard earned cash.
